Of course! Candles eligible for return must be unused, and in their original condition and packaging. Please email hello@dohuhm.com within 15 days of receiving your order to start the process.
If you are unsatisfied with your candle at any point, please email us with the reason and your order #. We'd love to help turn things around.

Standard Shipping is FREE for orders totaling $99 or more within the U.S.
Expedited shipping options are available and can be selected at check out.
All shipping rates are calculated at checkout!
As of now, we only ship domestically. However, we hope to expand and offer international shipping as we continue to grow!
As a small team of one, we do our best to ship out most orders within 3-5 business days after purchase. During sales, new product drops, and holiday season, please allow 5-7 business days for orders to be processed! Orders are shipped via USPS and most usually arrive within 5 business days after being scanned into the carrier's system.
To note: In summer months (June - August), we will only be shipping out orders on Monday - Wednesday to avoid our candles sitting on delivery trucks in the extreme heat temperatures for long periods of time.
